Teaching has been transformative for me, helping me push my limits, build confidence, and explore the mysteries of my own body. My journey began with Lagree, a practice that captivated me with its empowering strength, the intentional slowness of the movements, and the deep connection it fosters with the body and its sensations.

Then I found Pilates—a true love at first sight. Its fluidity, the harmony between mobility and breath, the alignment, and the creativity of the flows made it an essential part of my life.

Today, I thrive in teaching and organizing retreats. These unique moments, driven by the energy of the group, are an opportunity to witness bodies in motion, minds opening, and individuals discovering the infinite possibilities of their own vessel.
