Each morning, you’ll kickstart your day with a dynamic Lagree session on the micro, followed by an afternoon Pilates mat class to keep your body balanced and energized. As the sun sets, unwind with a calming Yin Yoga or stretching session, designed to relax your muscles and nourish your soul. Classes are held in semi-private groups with one-hour slots, allowing for personalized attention. The schedule is flexible and can evolve based on the desires of the group, ensuring your journey is both invigorating and tailored to your needs. Each day, we’ve curated an extra special activity for you.
